Hoy Chan began training and nationally competing in Shaolin Kung Fu and Shotokan Karate when he was 8 years old. Having also explored other traditional martial arts and healing systems such as JKD, BJJ, Panantukan and Qi Kung he felt something was missing. It was in 2005 when Hoy met Vladimir Vasiliev and was introduced to the holistic Russian Martial Art of Systema that he discovered the profound freedom and completeness of this art. This inspired Hoy to exclusively study Systema since then.

Training - the Seminar will explore several themes and concepts:
* Learning the principles of breath control to eliminate tension while expanding awareness of internal/external relaxation states.
* Exploring the foundation of fluid and dynamic movements that will facilitate subtle joint attacks on single or multiple attackers.
* Building aliveness and creative power in your movement from the ground to stand up.
